Paris, France

Now to the Romantic city of Paris!
We took a tour bus to see all of the sights in Paris. Our first stop was the Louvre where we saw so many famous paintings and sculptures. Can you guess the most famous painting at the Louvre? If you scroll down a few pictures you will see the painting and see if you were right.

Our next stop was the Eiffel Tower, or as they say in French Toureiffel, but we did not go up on the first day because the lines were way too long. Instead we stayed and took pictures at night during the sparkling light show. It was amazing. We did go back the next day and took the elevator to the second floor of the tower. We wanted to go to the very top, but they evacuated the whole place because there was an unattended bag on the grounds. At least we got to go up and see the beautiful view. Can you guess what famous landmark we spotted from the top of the Eiffel Tower? Here is a hint, we have one here in the U.S. too. Scroll down to find it.

Our final stop was Arc De Triumph or as they say in french Arc De Triomphe. The long flight up the spiral stairs to the top was a challenge, but I made it! The view was worth every step up the stairs.

Venice, Italy

We left the beautiful historic city of Rome and arrived in Venice!

Venice is beautiful and unique. It is built on small islands with over 400 bridges connecting the islands together. It was fun walking around in Venice, going over the bridges and watching Gondolas go by. Venice is rich in architecture and the Arts. What I enjoyed most about Venice was the Gondola ride. We asked our gondolier to sing for us and he did.

Rome, Italy

I love to travel and I have been to some of the most beautiful places in the world. I took a trip to Europe last summer with my oldest daughter Jessica, my sister Ani, my brother Vahan and his fiance Courtney, and my sister Takouhi, her husband Roupen and their twin girls Lara and Tanya. It was such an amazing experience.

I will be posting more pictures of different destinations, but first stop is...

Rome
Rome is a beautiful city full of history. Walking around in Rome, I felt like I had just stepped into a history book. Everywhere I looked there was something waiting to be explored! It was breathtaking and magnificent.
